History of Sunrise Dental Care

Dear Valued Patients,

We are very grateful to Dr. Posnick who started Sunrise Dental Care in 1984.  He sold his practice several years ago and it is our goal to continue providing the highest quality care and adding up-to-date techniques and technology,  in a warm and caring environment that you have always felt.

Maya Turner is the proud owner of the practice and she purchased it in 2019 and has had multiple conversations with Dr. Posnick about how he built such an amazing practice with great employees and patients.  She is happily married with 3 handsome boys and spends who live out of state.  Her and her husband enjoy bike riding, hiking, and skiing.  She began her dental career over 42 years ago in her father’s private practice in Lakewood, CO.  She has been very fortunate to have had wonderful mentors over the years who have helped her develop a solid business plan, vast dental knowledge, and an understanding of how to provide great patient care that builds successful practices.  She is very proud and excited to carry on Dr. Posnick’s legacy and is looking forward to another thirty some years here!

We are thrilled to share with you that Tina recently celebrated her 27nd year with the practice and Holly Larson is our fun an loving EDDA who has been in dentistry over 40 years.   You’ll be greeted warmly by Tina our Office manager who will help schedule your appointments, and discuss any insurance or billing questions you have. Our full-time hygienists are Brandi and Cara who have been practicing over 12 years.  They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to listen to you and provide you helpful homecare tips.   Our commitment and promise is to continue to provide you with the highest quality care that is personalized and compassionate!
